"For me and my family relocating to a new location I needed a real estate agent that was confident, knew the area, and primary focus was me. Understanding my wants and needs, during the stressful time of relocating from out of state; and not afraid to let me know what should work and not work. I had already released 2 other agents from competing companies, as my expectations were not met. Simple knowledge of the area and confidence is what April possessed and the others had not. My agent April, was hands down the best I have had in years. Making this processes seamless and fluid for my family. I will be recommending to others transitioning with relocation packages from my company as well.

"April was super helpful! She understood exactly what we were looking for! She was very knowledgeable of the San Antonio area and was very good at making suggestions! She was very quick about getting us a tour to view houses and worked well with us considering we did not currently live in the area and had to do all our touring through video chats! Would highly recommend her to first time home buyers and repeating buyers!"

"April was amazing!! We were buying our Texas home while still living in Hawaii. She kept in constant communication, answered our million questions, dealt with our screaming baby, and when we finally went house hunting, took us to like 40 houses in 2 days! She is amazing at her job, very personable, and will fight for you at every venture. I can’t express how above and beyond she went in helping us."

"April used technology to do video walk thru of homes when we were in a different state. She paid close attention to what we needed size and time wise. She is extremely knowledgeable and always answered questions promptly. We really enjoyed working with April. "

"April is simply amazing! Not only did she sell our house in less than 48 hours, but she also helped us find and purchase the perfect home for our family. April is knowledgeable, patient, experienced and so much fun to work with. She is your backbone (if you don’t have one lol) and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. We seriously could not have done it without her! Thanks again April! You’re the best!"

"April is the Realtor who will always be in your corner. I was selling my childhood home from afar and couldn’t personally be in SA because of COVID. So, April helped with every step and thought of ways to make the process easier and smoother. She set me up with a clean out company, coordinated carpet cleaning and house cleaning before the house went on the market. She stopped by the house when family couldn’t to ensure the house was secure and nothing was amiss. The house sold in less than a month and I credit April with ensuring everything was buttoned up and ready for the next owner. April is a true professional with a gentle, supportive touch. You always know she’s working with you & for you!"

"April was an amazing realtor and made my experience smooth. It was very obvious that she takes her client’s needs into strong consideration and cares. April answered all questions I had in a timely manner and gave me the hard facts when looking at houses which I am thankful for. I would easily recommend her to friends and family."

"April is very efficient and a great representative. She truly has your best interest in mind. She communicates very well and was always up front about everything. This is our second time using April and once again had an A+ experience!!"

"We were referred to April Frazee by a friend/coworker. Although, we were months away from arriving in Texas, April was extremely responsive and patient. She answered all questions quickly and gave her opinion when asked. April began research and passed all information to us in a timely manner. When we arrived, we met April within a few days and had a nice meeting at her office where she was able to explain the process and answer our questions. It took us months to find a property, but April stuck with us, made appointments to view and asked questions about properties when needed. She was extremely patience with our family to include our two young children. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"

"I really appreciate that April was honest and straight forward. I have worked with realtors in the past who were certainly less than truthful for the sake of making a sale. April is not like that at all. April was responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient while we looked at a lot of existing homes and finally decided on a new build. It is a tough time to be a buyer as there is so much demand for homes sellers and builders are not inclined to give much consideration and you can’t control that. Something you can control is to select a great realtor and April is that."
